My Role

I worked closely on a team that would collaborate with faculty and staff in design and marketing for the UIC School of Design that would be used internally, in e-blasts, socials, and their website.

December Show Poster Poster

Animation

During my fellowship, we were working remotely so one of the challenges we faced was finding ways for our posters/posts to be more dynamic and interactive on our socials. With the hyper gradient driving our main theme I decided to create an animation that would interact with the type that also had a gradient. I did this by shifting the gradient up and down to reveal different parts of the words with gradients.

Worked with a colleague to create this book cover. My colleague laid down the large letterforms and I added the hyper gradient, halftones, and text. This book cover was used for the Year End Show 2021 (YES!) book where all the seniors’ “Senior Thesis” was showcased.

End of the Year Award Certificate

Award Design

Was able to design an award certificate that would be used at the end of the year for the student who received one. I was luckily able to receive one when I was awarded the Community Leader certificate.
